Broccoli Cheese Soup

 


1.5 c. Chicken broth
3 oz. Broccoli
2 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 oz. Cottage cheese
1 scoop whey protein powder
1/4 c. Milk
1/4 c. Ham, chopped 

Stir together the whey and the milk until lumps are gone. Allow to stand while you make the rest of the recipe. 

Bring the broth, broccoli, and cheddar cheese to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the shredded cheese and allow to cook for a minute or two. 

Transfer the broccoli and broth mixture, along with the whey mixture, to a blender and blend until smooth. 

Pour in a bowl and top with ham. Enjoy! 

My calculations through reading labels put this at 8 carbs and 72.6 grams of protein.
